Pinnacle Staff Masterclasses begin for 2015!
To kick off the new year, Maddy Linton, our Exercise Physiologist challenged her fellow colleagues to take on her “Core Stability Master Class”. An effective way to target the abdominals and glutes, our therapists enjoyed a well deserved day in the sun. Looking forward to the upcoming activities planned in 2015!
